Lotioncrafter LLC was founded by Jennifer (Jenny) Welch in 2002, a natural successor to Caprabella, the popular brand of goat milk soaps, lotions and sundries she started in 1996. Rediscovering a love of chemistry that had been set aside in the pursuits of other business interests, Jenny’s epiphany came when she realized that the right combination of her experience and her interest in cosmetic formulations was embodied in the new company, Lotioncrafter. Proving to be the most suitable platform for launching the new products her formulations produced, Lotioncrafter gave her exposure to the wide and growing audience of small-business cosmetic crafting. The rest, as they say, is history – Lotioncrafter quickly grew to become a watchword for innovative yet affordable cosmetic ingredients ideally suited to the focused markets our clients support.
